  Public Sector Development Group is a division within the Office of the Permanent Secretary,the Office of the Prime Minister. It was founded on October 10, 2002
  1. to propose suggestions on public sector development strategies of the agency

2. to monitor, evaluate and report the public sector development within the agency

3. to coordinate with relevant agencies in areas of public sector development

4. to coordinate with or provide support to other agencies concerned as assigned
  1. to improve the quality of the agency service (Better Quality Service)

2. to revise the roles, missions and sizes of the agency (Rightsizing)

3. to leverage core competencies as well as working standard for the agency's personnel up to international standards    (High Performance)

4. to support democratic governance

  The Public Sector Development Group, founded on October 10, 2002 is comprised of 3 govenment officials, whose key function is to develop the administration of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, the Prime Minister's Office. At present, it is an internal unit within the agency's organizational structure and still not prescribed in the Ministerial Regulation on Organizing the agency
